And I’ve been fortunate to have served as an integral part of a highly skilled healthcare team.

About Me
I practiced cardiology full-time for nearly 30 years, and retired from my large group practice, affiliated with a busy regional Heart Hospital, in early 2022.
During my years in practice, I served for more than 15 years as Co-Director of a high-volume echocardiography laboratory, and had leadership positions, including Chief of Medicine and Chief of Cardiology, at several local hospitals.
I attained the designation of Master Certified Physician Development Coach™ through the ICF-accredited Physician Coaching Institute.
I serve on the Clinician Well-Being Working Group of the American College of Cardiology.
I am a Fellow Member of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School Affiliate
I am a Certified through Yoga Alliance as a Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), Yin Yoga instructor, and Mindfulness Coach.
I achieved additional IAPCC certification in Time Management Coaching.
I am a medical writer and have authored four books on heart health and healthy lifestyle. My first book received a national award for women’s health issues.
I am Co-Chair of the Literary Committee of the American Medical Women’s Association.
I am working towards a Masters of Fine Arts degree.
I compete in the equestrian sport of dressage, and have earned the US Dressage Federation Bronze and Silver Medals.
